REGISTRATION INFORMATION
HUG ME Ink will be hosting HEALTHY MINDS, HEALTHY HEARTS: A Mental Health & Wellness Conference on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Region 20 Education Service Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Our Healthy Minds, Healthy Hearts initiative is driven by the following goals:
• Equipping our community with the tools needed to support personal growth and recovery.
• Encouraging individuals to leave the past behind and move forward toward their dreams.
• Empowering each person to be a catalyst for positive change within their commUNITY.
We believe that bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds creates a valuable opportunity to collaborate, connect, and develop stronger solutions as a united community.
Workshop Tracks are:
- Arts
- Peer Support
- Wellness
- Transitional Ages (Youth and Seniors)
- Veterans

What is the app for the conference this year? There is no conference app.
Will CEU’s be available at the conference this year? Yes. You may pay for them part of your registration or if you forget, you can also purchase CEU’s for $20 at the Registration Booth.
How do I book my hotel room? You are responsible for your own hotel accommodations. While we have provided a list of nearby hotels, attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging to and from the conference.
Is there a charge for parking if we park at the venue? No. There is ample FREE parking.
Which meals will be provided for attendees? Light breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided to attendees. Lunch will be provided by Doolittle’s Mobile Kitchen and Catering. They are a phenomenal food truck serving great hot dogs! If you indicated dietary restrictions during registration, we will do its best to accommodate them.

HUG ME Ink is committed to a safe event.
We will follow the latest guidance from the CDC, local officials, and the venue which may include:
Hand sanitizing stations/bottles at designated areas
Optional masking based on personal comfort
Clear signage to help with spacing and flow
Enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas
