HUG ME Ink will be hosting HEALTHY MINDS, HEALTHY HEARTS: A Mental Health & Wellness Conference on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Region 20 Education Service Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Our Healthy Minds, Healthy Hearts initiative is driven by the following goals:
• Equipping our community with the tools needed to support personal growth and recovery.
• Encouraging individuals to leave the past behind and move forward toward their dreams.
• Empowering each person to be a catalyst for positive change within their commUNITY.
We believe that bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds creates a valuable opportunity to collaborate, connect, and develop stronger solutions as a united community.
Workshop Tracks are:
- Arts
- Peer Support
- Wellness
- Transitional Ages (Youth and Seniors)
- Veterans
Early Bird Registration (until May 16, 2025): $20
General Registration (May 17 and on): $40
REGISTRATION FEES: Rates cover full day of workshops, swag bag, lunch, snacks and CEU's
